We obtain planning consent, we plan and manage the construction, and bring to market, quality, affordable modern homes.
We also locate residential property for renovation and rental.
We also locate commercial property for residential conversion under permitted development rights which we will either market, or hold in our rental portfolio.

Design
The design process at Home Construct involves several stages, from initial sketches to 2D and 3D modeling and full Architectural Drawings, Cost Plans and Work Schedules.
Compliance
We take compliance very seriously and are fully compliant with Building Regulations, Building Control and Competent Person Schemes such as GasSafe and Electrical Safety.
