Woodman's Cottage, Edwinstowe was a ground up renovation project taking a delipidated estate workers house and turning it into comfortable and well appointed furnished accommodation to be used as a holiday let

Conversion
Project X is a commercial to residential conversion opportunity that we are currently evaluating. The proposal is to buy this unused and empty building and convert to 4 luxury apartments for either resale or holding within our portfolio. .

Hotel
The challenge of this project was to create an accessible venue in a location that is, by definition, hard to reach. We strove to create a secure indoors while maintaining maximum exposure to the incredible natural surroundings.
