Our People
Our first involvement with property was in 2006 when Martin Ball trained as a plumber having just retired from Notts Police and launched Ball and Sons Plumbing Solutions.
2006
Ball and Sons Plumbing Solutions began trading
2011
Ball and Sons Ltd incorporated and offering extended to include GasSafe, MCS Certified Renewable Technologies and NICEIC Electrical Safety
2017
Home Construct incorporated, land acquired, design and planning consent began. CITB SMSTS Certified Status and CSCS Managers Certificate obtained.
2020
CIOB Applicant Status, AssocRICS training with SAVA and NHBC Registration. First new build project commenced.
